Your product will be delivered to you in 2-5 Business days depending on your location and courier. You will be receiving an email with a tracking number from us once you order leaves our facility.
Your order will be packed in vacuum sealed and airtight chamber, then quickly frozen. This process will stop any sort of deterioration to the product and keep it as fresh as possible. The heavy duty Re-threm bags are made with nylon and polyethylene they are BPA free, Microwave safe, Freezer Safe and Boilable. These bags are puncture and damage resistant. The reason we prefer using bags is to keep all foreign product out of our food, it allows to keep all the moisture and flavors of the product inside and never let it freeze burn or deteriorate for an extended amount of time

All the food will be frozen and packed in a thermal insulated packaging with ice packs or dry ice. This method can keep the food cold for up to 72 hours

Frozen food products can be kept in the freezer for 6-12 months if they sealed. You may choose to keep them in a refrigerator for 6-12 days for immediate usage as well.

Yes, you may add and even cancel the order if it has not been shipped out to you. feel free to make changes to your order by contacting our customer service team at sales@eatanmol.com canceled payments may take 1-3 business days before you see it on your statement. However once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to refund it due to the food’s perishable nature.

It is possible that a portion of your order may not arrive completely frozen, especially if the weather is very warm. By the nature of the cuisine the food items are covered in oil and spices with a high acid level which creates a natural preservative and significantly reduce bacterial growth, it is very unlikely for the food to spoil in transit. If the food is warm to touch, we suggest you get rid of that portion and give us a call. Food service safety is our top priority and we take all the proper measures to make sure your food arrives safely.

Ideally you want to thaw the product in the refrigerator before heating. You can microwave the product 1-2 minutes, move product around and microwave again for 1-2 minutes or until the bag fills with air. You may also sous vide or boil the product for best results at 165 Degrees for a minimum of 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.

The following map will allow you to see approximately how long your package will be in transit. Please note that we allow only a maximum of 4 days for a package to be in transit.  

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order. We will also notify you when your order has shipped and send you a tracking number for your package.

Once the product leaves our facility, we are not able to accept returns. When dealing with a perishable product, ensuring that the cold chain was never broken is required. When it leaves our hands, we are unable to guarantee that the product is safe for resell.

Your safety is our priority. So, please ensure you follow our tips on properly handling Dry Ice. Please don’t touch with bare hands. Leave it in the box and let it DISSOLVE in a well VENTILATED area. In addition, it shouldn’t be disposed of down a drain. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM KIDS AND PETS!
